They had a long line of people waiting to have their oil changed and they were still thorough and took their time with my car's oil change. They even took the time to do a safety check at the end to make sure my horn, lights, and turn signals were all working. A bit pricey but for the convenience of staying in my car it's work it!

Friendly, knowledgeable service. The manager (Josh) found a set of good tires within my budget. Gave my daughter friendly service when she took her car to have them put on. Will definitely go there again.

Great service here. Used to only use them for my inspections and a couple oil changes, but recently needed a new tire. I recently used a competitor and their customer service was lacking. At the other place, they made me feel like just my presence was an inconvenience. You know, like the people who want a paycheck, but don’t want to work for it. This time around, I went to Express. While the tire was a few bucks more, the kindnesses and helpfulness of the employees is well worth a little extra money. They even took the extra time to examine my old tire to see if it could be patched instead of replacing it and it could. While I was expecting to pay a bit more for a tire, I ended up paying over $150 less. Very pleased.

I made an appointment for Saturday at 9. Dropped off my car to have my brakes looked at. The pads on front and rear needed to be replaced. I asked them to check my front tires. Come to find out one of them had a piece of metal in it. They replaced the brake pads front and rear and replaced the front tires in less than 2 hours. Everyone there was so nice and very professional. I definitely appreciate that they are open on Saturday and they accept the Synchrony car care card.
Thanks for a great experience. I will be returning for service.
