I was not just a client who was lost in the shuffle after a few months. To this day Marcus still helps me with my nutrition and my goals. Starting my THIRD year with Movement Fitness. You will not find another gym with the knowledge and personal attention Marcus and his staff offer.

Class always go by quickly which is also a plus. Most importantly the instructors are great and everyone attending is very welcoming and encouraging no matter your size or fitness level!!

(August 15, 2018, 12:16 pm)I have been going to Movement Fitness since January and I love it. Great staff, great workouts and great results. No doubt about it - YOU WILL SWEAT! But the trainers will work with you to keep you always moving forward, working towards your personal best. The workouts are varied and can be adapted if need be. This is not cheap for sure, but to me it's worth it for my health and sanity. I threw so much money at what I thought would make me feel better but turns out it was Movement Fitness all along.
