  UPDATE: after calling and taking to Cindy she was very understanding of my concern with these flowers. She made me feel better about the flower arrangement and compensated me. Therefor I have changed my rating to a 4/5 star. Thank you again Cindy!
  
  Dear Blooms today, I’m so upset with this flower arrangement.... please tell me how my flower arrangement looks like the one you have advertised (second picture). There is not enough filler flowers in my arrangement and the greenery is in the middle, but on your picture advertised it’s a full arrangement of flowers and the greenery it’s practically all at the bottom. I will not ever use this company again. I cannot believe you even put those flowers at my grandmas funeral, I’m beyond upset. I understand you get what you pay for, but you are falsely advertising these flowers.

  Delivery was prompt and the recipient was ecstatic! She sent me a picture and the flower basket was beautiful. Some of the lilies had not fully opened yet, so I knew she would be enjoying them for at least a week. Will happily use BLOOMS again. FYI, I grew up in a florist’s home, so I know how ordered flowers should look when delivered. And these “fit the bill”!

  Was out of town and learned of a funeral that I really needed to attend, but couldn't, the next best things would be flowers and the kind that comes with a memorable piece and not just a spray. Blooms had a great selection with very reasonable prices and delivery was cheap and fast with confirmation, the website was very user friendly. I look forward to using them again, hopefully for a more festive occasion.

  The flowers I ordered for my Mother's funeral were absolutely beautiful. My reason for the 4 star rating is the card included with the flowers. My and my husband's names were not included on the card and the other names were not in the order given. I realize that many names needed to be on the card and looking back, I wish I would have had them include a second card to accommodate all the names (9 names plus family after 3 of my children's names). Maybe in the future, you could suggest to people with large families, that a second card be included with the flowers. I also order previously from Blooms Today with no problems, but not as many names needed to be included on the card. So my rating for just the flowers is 5 stars, but 4 stars for the card.
