  I noticed water damage in a bedroom and Summit Roofing was my first call. I Just needed to have some flashing and shingles redone around a vent pipe. They were professional, timely, and thorough. I'll definitely be keeping them on speed dial for any future roof repairs

  We recently had to have our cedar shake roof replaced. Summit Roofing was the original roofing company when the house was built 20 years ago. We have since used them for a repair several years ago and now again for the complete roof replacement. Their sales manager Jim was extremely helpful and patient with us as we determined the type and color of the replacement roof. (We chose to replace the cedar with Max Def shingles from CertainTeed) The crew was very professional and extremely careful of our house and property. They were able to complete the entire job (a large roof structure with dormers and a separate 2 car garage) in just 3 days. They left the yard and driveway clean and neat. We could not be happier with the job that they performed. We highly recommend Summit Roofing for a job ranging from a small repair to a complete replacement. You will not be disappointed.

  Thank you Summit Roofing for repairing a leak and replacing the vent on the roof. The crew was very professional and preformed the work in a timely manner. We received a photo of the before and after the repair -- it was great to see the finished product via text. As a side note Summit Roofing replaced our roof in 2006 and we called them to do these repairs. Scheduling was easy and handled promptly. We would highly recommend Summit Roofing to others.

  We needed two skylights and pipe boots replaced on a very steep roof of our Victorian-style home in McLean, VA.
  We picked Summit Roofing because they had performed a successful roof repair for the roof at our daughter's roof in Falls Church, VA a year ago.
  Summit sent its estimators within a week of our request and the repairs were scheduled within the next 10 days. Since the estimate was reasonable we approved Summit's proposal. Since the existing roof shingles had been discontinued by the manufacturer, Summit tried to match the shingles and showed us the samples which did not match the existing shingles. Fortunately, we had stored several bundles of the original shingles from when we built house. Summit reduced their estimate since they could use the shingles that we supplied. Unfortunately, on the day of installation, the wind was gusting and for safety reasons the installation was postponed by a week.
  The work was performed very professionally and the crew cleaned up all the debris upon completion of work. We were happy to see that the crew were taking all the safety precautions needed for work on steep roofs.
  We are very satisfied with Summit from ordering the estimate to completion of work and we would use this company should the need arise for future roof, skylight or gutter repairs.
