  I truly appreciate having FH Furr, they where on time and motivated, watching them install my HVAC unit and my hot water heater they did a wonderful job they clean everything up they were very respectful and they were very focused these gentlemen where from Rockville Maryland they were very very outstanding thank you thank you thank you I will and would recommend this company and the team that came to Jesup Maryland to anyone for service and installation.

  If we could give 10 stars we would!! Our initial contact was Shawn Kelly who was the absolute BEST in scoping out what our needs were and presenting them to us. He has a great gift in dealing with the public...and he KNOWS the product. So happy that he was our first contact as I think a lot has to do with 'who' you deal with. On the day of our install we were equally impressed. There was an entire 'team' of professionals who went to work and skillfully and efficiently installed our new heating and cooling system. We are so glad that we decided to go with F.H. Furr...and would highly recommend them! Thank you to each one of you who took part in this!!

  This guy is so champ awesome person. He is very patient and communicating with me very well. I have asked him a lot questions, he just answer me to ensure i am satisfied. He did a great job replacing our hot water heater and repair two toilets! I would recommend him do the plumbing work! Thanks Calvin!!

  Benjamin Gumbs did a few electrical jobs for us (installed two light fixtures with switches and extended doorbell wiring) and we couldn't be more satisfied with his work. Ben is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, explaining anything I asked about. He helped us get what we needed done within a budget we were comfortable with. We would absolutely use Ben again.

  Office phone dispatchers were very polite and quick with scheduling a plumber for us. I was extremely pleased with the level of service that Joshua N. provided on our service call. He thoroughly answered all questions, gave us lots of options in the estimate, did an excellent job with installing everything (new water heater and garbage disposal), and walked me through all the features of the new equipment. I will definitely be requesting him again if I have any plumbing needs!

  Todd is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. From the moment he entered my home he addressed most potential questions. Todd provided me with a variety of options that were economical. At the end Todd provided the advice I needed to make an informed decision on best way forward.
