Fantastic urgent care option. I’ve been to most urgent cares in Woodbridge and this is the best.
A hidden gem in Woodbridge. They have a great team. Nurse Practitioner Pickett is great. They and were able to get to me in and out quickly.
My experience at Velocity Urgent Care was excellent. The admin lady, Leslie was so polite and compassionate. No wait time, I called in first to check whether they are in my insurance network and learned that I could reserve a slot. I walked in and was attended promptly. Nurse Brenda was respectful and attentive to my story why I was there. The xray technician (I truly forgot her name) was really nice and explained everything professionally. She made me feel comfortable on the xray table. Dr. Tran was compassionate, took time to examine my injury and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this competent and compassionate team of professionals to anyone who seek prompt care.
I like this place. The staff is really nice and polite. I had to wait a little while for the dr, but it was worth it. He is very knowledgeable and explained what was going on and methods to treat my pain. I found a new UC ????.
Very nice looking place. Brand new with extremely friendly and helpful staff. No wait time. The Doctor took his time and asked a lot of questions showing he cared about my concerns. Highly recommend.
