(November 29, 2018, 7:57 am)I think Mr. Ma is a very good doctor. He always explains thoroughly, and makes me feel comfortable. He is very kind, generous and professional. His clinic is clean and well organized...also is located at a convenient place. Additionally, his clinic appears to have new developed high tech equipment. Since I was very impressed and highly satisfied with Mr. Ma, I suggested my husband to check him out. My husband also liked him, and started to get treated by Dr. Ma. He is awesome, outstanding... as well as his staff.

(November 28, 2018, 5:16 pm)I didn’t think it was possible to be so impressed by a dentist appointment! My previous dentist used to be pretty good, and I went there for about 15 years until the quality of service went down so much that I had to stop going. Woodbridge dental center completely blew them out of the water with their first class service, new/modern building and tools (panoramic X-ray machine that plays classical music and talks to you as it takes the X-ray!), and prices that are cheaper than my previous dentist!

Dentist - friendly, efficient, flexible, funny
Staff - amazing, friendly, helpful, professional
Location - clean, organized, shiny, kid friendly area, easy to find parking.
This office first popped up on me and my wife’s radar when she needed some immediate dental work and we wanted to get the appointment in before the end of the year (this happened 12/2015). This office was the closest that took our insurance.
The issue was she was home alone with a new born and their office would be closed after her driving.
Their solution (for a new patient): they stayed open longer just for her and agreed to watch our newborn son while she got the work done.
I came home shortly after her dental work finished and she said that they wanted me to come to their office for work also (my wife told them that I hadn’t seen a dentist for about 5 years). I was reluctant, but they convinced me and stayed open even longer.
To this day they continue to impress me with their professionalism and friendliness. We are now bringing our 2 kids to see them and after their 2nd visit, they don’t cry or fuss.
They call ahead once a week before your appointment to remind you and ask if you want/need to reschedule, and call again 2 days before.
The staff always impresses me with how many people will put down what they were doing before to help out family members with anything in their office to make everyone’s experience a pleasant and fun one.
