(December 20, 2018, 1:53 pm)Just had a great experience with Root Electric. The two technicians, John and Casey, were very professional and experienced. Work went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. They even replaced a light switch in the kitchen that had failed recently at no additional cost! Work completed was installation of a circuit breaker sub panel so I can power key circuits with a portable generator during outages, a common occurrence in my neighborhood. The entire process, from project description to payment, was painless. Fair prices as well, and the technicians arrived early for the appointment. I will definitely be calling Root Electric again for my future electrical projects or emergencies.

Just by looking at the area I was relighting, he knew exactly what I needed before I even told him. The two men who updated the lighting in my mother's 60 year old basement were professional, thoughtful and experts. They even surprised me with a few extras (at no further cost) that they knew would make our lives easier. This company will always be my go to for electrical needs!

(May 24, 2018, 11:00 am)Root Electric has done a lot of work at my house. When I renovated my kitchen, Bill did all the electrical work and upgraded my service panel. The inspector commented about what a great job he had done. He most recently installed a couple of outdoor circuits for my outdoor lighting and added additional recessed lighting in my kitchen area.
Bill is of extremely good character and highly competent. I can't recommend anyone more highly than Root Electric. I fact, they will be doing work on my daughter's house and additional work on my house. -

(March 26, 2018, 3:45 pm)We needed to have our ceiling fan and lights repaired and contacted RootElectric. They responded our request the same day and scheduled the repair service for the next day. A Root Electric electrician came to our home on time, explained what was wrong and repaired the ceiling fan/light fixture on the spot. He even brought a replacement remote control so he didn't have to leave to go get parts. From start to finish, he acted professional, polite and most important, they repaired my favorite light fixture in one trip, instead of recommending an more-expensive replacement. We highly recommend Root Electric.

We have used them for several jobs and have been impressed by their professionalism, hard work, and punctuality. As an example, Bill Sr and Jr came out on New Years Eve to fix a problem with a junction box that was affecting our heating system. We highly recommend them.
