Instructors and the class is excellent! They are patient and thorough with teaching the students the lessons they need to develop not only their martial arts skills but life skills as well.

I am so excited to have found this place. My 6 year old has been "training" all over my house and now he has a real place to train. Most exciting is how they incorporate respect and focus at home and school into the program. The first day my son was already showing more respect at home. I can't wait to see how well he continues to do. I was worried about the affordability, turns out they're completely reasonable. Love this place so far.

Outstanding staff members they allow you to do a two week trial before making a decision. The instructors are great with the kids and they quickly learn all of the children's name. They make it very personal and enjoyable for the kids. I highly recommend Life Champ!

Dale City’s Life Champ Martial Arts is basically a second home to my kids. They really have a family and students first attitude, it’s clear they want to see all students meet their full potential. The members of the staff are always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond in making sure I’m a satisfied and informed member. They go out of their way to know their students personally and make sure each one gets what they need in order to succeed. It’s a warm and inviting atmosphere where my kids can be active while improving their self discipline and developing confidence. It’s a clean and safe place for them to socialize and develop new skills. We are very happy to have found a place here.

My son and I have been taking classes at the Dale City location for almost 2 months now. My sons confidence has increased as well as discipline because of the teachings at Life Champ. My son is so excited about his first promotional graduation to his next belt level. As a father, I also enjoy the teachings and the quality of professionalism at the center. I highly recommend this location for anyone interested in learning self defense and if you have young children, Life Champ Martial Arts of Dale City is a great place for camp during the pandemic as my son enjoys the day camp and recently attended the summer camp as well. The facility is clean and the staff does everything to make certain you are well informed of events and changes related to the pandemic so you're confident that safety and health regulations are being followed while attending classes and or camp.
