(October 3, 2018, 3:53 pm)When my car was hit from behind, the responsible persons insurance company gave me a list of collision centers. I chose Quantico Collision mainly because their shop is closest to my home. Upon arrival I was approached by Heather, who took the time to look at the damage with me and explain everything that they would be doing to make the repairs. Originally I was told it would take 3 weeks, which I didn’t mind since I had a rental. The repairs only took a 1 1/2 weeks. When I came to pick up my car, Heather showed me all the repairs and offered helpful advise, such as when I could wash my car. All in all, I would highly recommend Quantico Collision. BTW, this was the first time I was in an accident of this kind and had no idea what to expect. Heather had me at ease with all my questions and concerns.

The staff were incredibly helpful and open, and even took a free look at my husband's car and made some maintenance suggestions. We were really pleased with this place and would definitely return for any auto body repairs.

Handled all my questions and made the dropping off and picking up easy with the rental. The repair to my door looks amazing BUT when I got in the car, I found they had cleaned the car. I am talking better than any car wash in Stafford. My car looked like new both outside and inside. Highly recommend!!!!
