They did good work at the time of pre- dry wall wiring. We were asked to call them when everything is ready for final. For final scheduling is easy they showed up on time and did good work. The installers were true professionals: knowledgeable, skillful, humble and focused on high quality results. During the installation they quickly detected a leak in the wall and fixed it. After the installation, they answered all the questions and explained how the new system worked, using impressive communication skills. They represented the company very well and did the job at the expert level.
🏴 Flag as inappropriateAnyone who has lived in northern Va knows the summers can be brutal. So when your AC in your home goes out that's not something you can ignore. CB Lucas gets all of that and will do everything they can to help get you to the other side of it.
Called them today around lunch time and the service tech Roy, was at my home within hours (the lady who scheduled me went out of her way to get me on the calendar asap and was friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, ect...). Roy immediately did a diagnostic of my system and had the results very quickly. He was honest and very understanding that this can be an expensive fix. So not only does he give me my options on how much it will cost to replace (which seemed very fair) but he also fixed my current system (as best as possible). This way I'm not stuck in a furnace of a home while trying to figure out what to do.
Highly recommend and very thankful that I found CB Lucas!!
