“Was not really thrilled to have a sleep study done. Kind of creeped me out. But I was impressed at how professional the staff was. They explained everything to me in detail. I was able to sleep and get the test completed. (which I did not think I would be able to do). After meeting with the doctor and getting my results I spoke with Richard. He explained my treatment options and gave me time to think it over. He followed up with an email letting me know if I had any questions to let him know. He checked my insurance and let me know what I would have to pay myself and what my insurance would do. I decided on the mouth guard (did not want a mask) and so far my snoring is down and I am feeling better. The wife is much happier too.”

“It's been 18 years and I would never consider changing primary care from Dr. Deardorff. He has provided a level of care, professionalism, and a good old fashioned real doctor patient relationship I will not find elsewhere. He schedules his patients taking into account how he wants to practice medicine- putting the patient first. Not like most offices that feel like a factory line up rushing through an excessive amount of patients. He takes his time, explains in detail any conditions pertinent, considers all kinds of treatment options, and not quick to just shove pills down your throat. He is very thorough, kind, with an incredible bedside manner. Needless to say, even after he moved from the building I work in to Dumfries (37 miles from my home and 27 miles away from my job) I couldn't even imagine having another primary care doctor.”

“I have been going to this dental practice for three years. I just love the office and the people who work there. I am in the process of having a dental implant. There was no pain at all. The Dr prescribed pain meds for after the procedure but I did not need them. If you have to have an implant this IS the dentist to see. ”

“This office is absolutely a cut above. Phenomenal. The two receptionists and one biller I worked with were courteous, kind, and had a great sense of humor. My hygienist Lori has been in mouths almost fifteen years and is the best I've ever had. She had great control of her tools and foot pedals, was entirely concerned about my experience, and was communicating with me the entire time to make sure I wasn't in any pain. Lori is passionate, and loves her job. Dr. Dave was another great experience. He listened to everything I had to say, and didn't rush anything. He and Lori discussed everything as we went through my list of issues, and you could tell he was a true manager, and not a boss. Dr. Dave is a leader, and his team loves to follow him; it shows in every aspect of this office. I'll be back every six months.”
