(October 20, 2018, 2:59 pm)Good place for fishing. It is quiet and relaxing. However no good wildlife to photograph and lots of bugs. I couldn’t even see turtles in the water.

(October 13, 2018, 9:50 pm)Breathtakingly beautiful lake just on the outskirts of Haymarket and the backroads leading to Warrenton. I did a mini exploration as I wasn’t prepared for how many acres this lake was resting on ! There wasn’t anyone when I trekked on a Friday mid afternoon, the weather is changing all the time so with the lake and the winds and sunshine it was pleasant enough to walk around with pants and a button up . Again didn’t think to be trail blazing but there was so much to see I had to walk barefoot to experience how real it felt like being out in Mother Nature again . Great regional park for a dog walk or to read a book even
