Admin customer service and wait times have been getting progressively worse over the past 4 years. What was a 45 min. door-to-door appointment now takes over an hour. And frankly, I can’t recall the last time admin staff acted friendly and efficiently or got a refill/referral request processed right (or at all) the first time - always have to call again and again to get them processed.
Clinical staff are ok. Typical visit.. vitals, questions and a few minutes with the physician.
