He has been my family care physician for years. As a person in the medical field and as a nurse I know not every doctor Is committed to create a good patient-provider relationship and takes time to listen and know you not just as a patient but as a person. He truly does care and follows up with you if you have concerns and does it all with a smile. Dr.Reed has done and does all that every time.
He is very patient and listens to what you have to say. Is very experienced and I like that. I’ve only seen him once but was impressed. I would recommend him to all my friends!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reed and his staff. I have been coming here since they opened and have always received outstanding care. The staff is amazing from Angela who is at the front desk does a great job of getting me checked in and always with a kind work and a smile to Ashley the MA, who is so efficient, kind and takes all my vitals and updates all my info. She is a true professional and a very caring person. She just makes me feel so comfortable and takes away all the anxiety of being in a doctors office. Then Dr. Reed comes in and he has always been so professional, caring and knowledgeable. He truly listens and takes the necessary steps to coordinate all the work of the specialists into one picture and then do whatever additional testing that needs to be done to diagnose my problem. I truly love this staff of professionals and cannot say enough good things about them. And, forgive me for not mentioning the nurse Kelly who has also taken care of me and Alaina the phlebotomist who have also been part of my care team. They all deserve recognition for their amazing patient care. Thank you to each of you for all you do.
