(January 15, 2019, 11:12 pm)Our technician was experienced, very helpful and alerted us to the fact that our air conditioner was installed incorrectly by another company. He identified and corrected the problem efficiently to prevent further damage. He was skilled, courteous, and my husband and were very satisfied with his performance. We would definitely recommend him to others and personally request his services should we have a need in the future.
(January 8, 2019, 5:15 am)I had a toilet leaking between the bowl and floor. Called and got an appointment for service about 3pm. Made it home and Alex was not far behind. My Plumber sent me a profile to my email about my tech. Very nice to chat with him about his background while he worked. He assessed the issue and gave me a few quotes about the work. We agreed on what to do and in about an hour and a half later it was fixed. At first I thought I could fix it but was glad I didn't. It required more work than I thought. Alex was great. Very professional and he cleaned the work area after he was done. Like he was never there. Great job My Plumber and Alex.
(December 22, 2018, 12:52 pm)Moe came to our house to provide an estimate for a hot water heater and sump pump replacement. These units were 14 years old and we knew we were on borrowed time. This was our third estimate. We knew immediately Moe was the one to do the job and to do it correctly. Although he came just to do an estimate - by 4 pm that day we had our our new hot water heater and sump pump with a battery backup installed. Once we agreed to move forward within the hour another team brought in the hot water heater and sump pump. Moe completed the installation and made sure we were trained on how to operate the new units. Before Moe arrived I was sent an email providing me with Moe's background and experience. It was nice having some information on the person who is coming to your home. We are 100% satisfied with My Plumber!!
(December 17, 2018, 1:58 pm)My Plumber came to my house today within 5 hours of me placing the call. Joe was my technician. He was polite and professional. He also explained everything step by step. He completed the job in a short amount of time and all is back to normal. The whole experience from start to finish was organized and well done. The entire company is customer friendly from the chat on-line help, to dispatch, to Joe the technician who completed the job. The work done by Joe shows years of experience and pride in his trade. I thought the price was high, but overall, I would recommend My Plumber and would certainly request Joe come back if possible for any future work. He really knows his trade well and it shows in his work and the time it took him to complete the job.
(November 23, 2018, 9:31 am)Our technician Cory is very knowledgeable and was able to resolve our issue. He is very professional , yet friendly. Cory has been to our home several times for repairs on our A/C and/or furnace and I feel confident in his explanations when he answers my questions and he explains them to my husband and I in a way that is easy to understand. Nice thing is that he doesn't mind taking a moment to chat and listen to my concerns.
