“I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had a mid-sized piano that I needed moved from Burke to Manassas. Jason quoted me a very reasonable price, and that was the price I paid (no hidden fees like some companies do!). They were at the first house at 9 am, and had the piano unpacked and in place at 10:15 am. They did a great job with the packing, and the crew was completely professional. Five Stars!”

“No problems during my stay. Check-in guy seemed new, tried his best to help me. His coworker wasn’t so friendly about helping him/me. The hotel is very oddly set up. Because my room was a corner and bottom of steps, workers chose outside my room for their morning smoke and convo. Glad I was already awake. Breakfast was satisfactory, glad there was hot food. There was no employee in sight to greet or be of service. I had to ask another customer what to do with my used plate, glass etc. Happy with room, clean and neat. Always odd that some Best Westerns have linoleum instead of carpet, easier to keep clean I guess - but bring slip on shoes to keep feet warmer and cleaner. Would stay again.”

“The service is excellent. When you walk in the door, every person on the floor looks up and greets you. Once, when I was in my early twenties, I made a banking error, and which I accidentally blamed them for. They very patiently and calmly explained everything to a crying twenty-two year old girl and worked with me to fix the problem. I used this bank for years and was very sorry when I had to move out of state and switch banks.”

“A strong gas odor was discovered by Washington Gas this weekend, coming out of my exhaust vent. They turned off the gas to my house which meant I had no heat. I immediately called KCS. Matt, the technician, arrived on time and was extremely professional and kind. He immediately knew what my concerns and heating issue were. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was. He ran a diagnostic and a few tests and fixed my problem. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Matt immediately made me feel very comfortable and explained what had happened. He triple check to make sure the unit was back up and running and that I was comfortable with his assessment. He also confirmed that the strong gas odor was gone and being burned properly. I have used KCS and every time I am more than please and happy with their work, technicians, and office staff! Thank you KCS, you guys are the best!”

“Clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because the toilets in both the rooms we reserved were loose and wobbled when sat upon or even when the handle was pushed. It didn't cause any kind of issues it just seemed as if the maintenance people were slacking as the A/C filters were in dire need of cleaning as well. The staff I talked to well very nice and helpful.”
