“Wow! We received the best service today. Our generator quit working while we were on a road trip far from home and I called to see if the generator could be seen today. Kim said to bring it in and they would do their best. We arrived 90 minutes later. Kim had Daniel, the technician, take a quick look and he thought it would be a fast fix. Less than 2 hours after our arrival the generator was fixed and we were back on the road. Great job Kim and Daniel”
