i knocked on the door not really knowing that this pharmacy only accepts orders over the phone, but they let me in and were very nice and understanding. i gave them a prescription for my cat procided by an emergency vet and they were able to provide a two month's supply of it in just a few hours. highly recommend, great service

I never leave reviews, but I had to. The people here are fantastic. Kind, quick, efficient, caring, and go above and beyond. I mean, it's just a pet pharmacy, right? Yes, but when dealing with upsetting news about your pet getting to have at least one step of the process be painless and handled by professional people who really seem to care makes a huge impact.

Last week my cat was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and prescribed an overwhelming number of medications. Alan at Best Pet Rx was so kind and spent a good part of his day on the phone with me reviewing my compounding options and devised a plan for combining the medications to make it as simple as possible to administer to my cat. He even contacted my vet for me multiple times to double check an issue with the prescriptions that were faxed over and to make sure everything was right. I can’t say enough good things about Alan and the Best Pet Rx team. They made my and my cat’s bad day so much less stressful. Thank you!

Very friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy team. They were happy to answer all my questions regarding my dog's chemo medicine. Quick prescription fill time. Will definitely use them as a pharmacy for our dogs going forward.
