  Jim, is a great agent, I've had my insurance with his agency for over 3 years now, since i got my license, following recommendation from my mom, and I couldn't be happier with the level of respect and attention i am given. It truly feels as if the customers satisfaction is his primary focus. Everyone at the agency has helped me with any questions or requests I've had, and if there is a rate change they take their time to explain the policy in detail to me, and guide me if i have anymore discounts. Thank you Jim and everyone in you agency and i will be a customer with your agency for many more years.

  Jim has been my homeowner's insurance agent for about 7 years now. My condo suffered smoke damage from a neighbor's condo fire, and the resulting claim process became very complex. Jim gave assistance wherever he could and helped me through the process, which I feel very grateful for. Additionally, I met with Jim in regards to other types of policies his company sells. Although none of the policies were a good fit at the current time, he gave me some ideas for policies I may want to purchase in the future. Jim is a great agent and really takes care of his customers. I plan to continue working with Jim in the future, and if you are looking for an agent, assuming he sells the type of policy(ies) you are looking for, I highly recommend giving Jim a call.
