Watkins was assigned to our service request through out Home Warrenty company. Steven was great; responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue with our stove, highly recommend this company
My AC Unit was freezing up on the outside of the house. Mr. Watkins came by and diagnosed the issue. Cleaned the unit and stayed to ensure it was working properly. The next two days he called back to ensure that we were not having any issues. The gentleman was very polite, and made recommendations when I asked about other issues that I was having. He even offered to come back and fix those issues. Thank you Watkins Refrigeration!
Mr.Watkins I would like to give this review to let everyone know Bishop Winborne is Extremely satisfied with the service he got by you, after being told many times his refrigerator was not repairable. You came & troubleshot the fridge , found 2 problems that were fixed. He took the time, showed care for the customer . This is service that I haven't seen in some time .. patience & care!!!!!! I was not treated like another number!!! Thank you & God Bless You! I would recommend and request him for all my repairs.
