  I have been going here for about one month now. I love my therapist and I leave there feeling so much better!
  
  However, THEY NEVER answer their phone and It can take 12-24 hours to get a return phone call if they actually call back. I called to confirm my appointment time because they don’t send reminders and I called and left two messages with no call back. Their office manager needs to step it up on running that place because it’s unacceptable for the voicemails to not be returned the same day. It’s silly to have a $60 no show fee and not have some type of system to remind you of the time. I understand charging them but at least utilize the tools we have in 2018 to send reminders.

  My children have made a lot of progress since coming to Woodbridge Therapy Group. The doctors are great and my kids love them. I would highly recommend!
