When I got my latest purchase home, I was looking at the receipt and I was overcharged (non LE/Mil rate) for my purchase. Called the store and they were able to credit my card the difference over the phone, saving me a trip on the I95/395 parking lot.
Great product line, great stock, and great customer service?! Other retail outlets can learn from Proven Arms & Outfitters. I will be back for purchases in the future and I will recommend them to my friends. Great experience.
