“Their dog training programs are awesome for your buck and trainers are super knowledgeable. You get out of it as much as you put in as the trainers are training you and the dog. So if you don't do your homework, you won't get results and your dog won't pass. They are very strict, they will not move on your dog to the next level if it isn't actually ready. They are very strict on getting your dog ready for the Canine Good Citizen test (American Kennel Club test, not a PetSmart test) and on getting your dog ready to be a therapy dog if that's your goal. They will not move on your dog to the next level if it isn't actually ready. They will have you bring in your dog to gauge what level class it needs to be in. At the end of the day, the dogs behavior is the responsibility of the owner.”
