  Beautiful historic site with plenty of walking trails and a nice view of the Potomac. The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

  Just happened upon this place while exploring nearby our campground. Very nice staff, beautiful historic property with a huge garden that they let you pick from! We picked some fresh veggies and herbs and used them in our dinner that night! Will definitely go back to explore more of the property and the garden!

  Fantastic historic site. Wonderful staff. Gorgeous place just to walk around at. The gardens are beautiful during the spring.
