  Alex was a great salesman, very nice and respectful. He was very patient and helpful as we test drove a couple cars.
  Donovan was great. He did not try to get us to buy things we did not need and I respect that. Had us in and out in no time.
  Very nice dealership. We will definitely use this dealership again.

  This was my first experience at this dealership, and it was top notch all around. Whatever you think you know about dealership employees, forget it. Koons Kia employees, both sales and service, are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, caring, and informative. They obviously like their jobs, which makes all the difference between success and failure in my book. No, they didn't pay me to say that either! Not only will I continue to have my vehicles serviced here, I'll probably buy my next vehicle here.

  Found a car on CarGurus that Koons Kia listed with exceptionally low mileage. Called and talked with Sean. Very helpful so decided to drive over 200 miles to take a look. The car was great with a fair price. Sean was most helpful in answering all my questions. We made the deal and went through all the paperwork painlessly with Kirk. Loved the attention to detail on cleaning servicing and full gas tank! Overall a pleasant experience.

  Tamara is fantastic! A friend of ours recommended her to us and when we went in we weren't really sure what we wanted exactly. She was very patient and didn't pressure us. She listened to what we said we needed and was happy to take us on a test drive. The entire experience was painless! We're so happy with our new car!
  
  ETA: We just purchased a second car from Tamara at Koons and are just as happy with the experience as we were the first time. Tamara was excellent and helped us find just what we were looking for. Donovan helped us get a great deal on the car and finish the paperwork in no time at all!
