Refined Edge Barber Shop

Been going now for years. Started with even Steven's then moved to fades now I get shape ups because I have locks and philco has always remained the same. Professional, on time, and always running a great shop! Never disappointed!

Mike does a terrific job, takes his time and is always professional, especially with kids. We have been trying to find a reliable, skilled barber for years in Woodbridge but have been disappointed again and again. I am glad we gave this place a try. The flexible hours offered at this shop are also appreciated.

Out of several barbershops in the area, I was led to this one. I didn't want much done but a shape up. I was truly impressed by the professionalism, respect, love and wonderful personality that was shown by Mr. Philco Goins. Philco is always on time,communicative and friendly . I met him thru one of my NFL guys who entrusted him AND HIM ONLY to cut his hair. It spoke volumes that a Pro athlete who can go anywhere in any city he visits chooses to WAIT to go see PHILCO! I HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone who seeks quality and attention to detail
