Great experience, great follow up, they kept me in the loop the whole time… Called me before the move to let me know everything was good, followed up after… Great customer service! Also very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other movers in the area… Jose and Ruben showed up early, stayed late, we’re super efficient, and worked really hard. I have been a customer of Vintage Moving and Storage for close to two years. This company has been such a gigantic help through some of the toughest times in my life. My mother passed away January 1, 2015 leaving my father with dementia for me to take care of, as well as two properties in two different states, all the antique furniture and over 50 years of accumulated items within each home.
For the first property, Vintage Moving and Storage traveled to West Virginia to help us. They arrived on time with an incredibly professional crew of movers and packers. They were efficient, thorough and incredibly helpful, even repacking boxed items insuring their safe transfer to storage. Upon departure, a full inventory of each item was provided to us.
At the second property, the story was very much the same. Vintage Moving and Storage had a very structured system to pack and secure the items we needed placed in storage. Again, the crew was on time, efficient and professional providing us with a detailed inventory.
In terms of the storage, I couldn't be happier. My parents antiques have been stored in a completely secure, environment controlled facility. The storage rates for the quantity of items we have are very reasonable. The office staff has been so helpful and thoughtful.
I highly recommend this company for your moving and storage needs.
I have used Vintage Moving & Storage 3 times and all 3 times they have made my move stress free. I have moved from the 4th floor of an apartment building to another 3rd floor apartment building. The movers received a major workout but stayed professional and got the job done. Every time I call to schedule my move I leave a message and within 24hrs I receive a return call. Kari has been beyond professional. The movers take there time and wrap your belongings and secure tightly in the moving truck. Vintage has reasonable rates. Yes you will shop around and another moving company may offer you a lower price but remember lower does not always means excellent service. Highly recommend Vintage Moving & Storage.
