“I wanted to add an update to my 5 star review. There are so many wonderful things happening at this shop. I have added a picture of the 6am crew to show you how much fun we have. The gate pose I am showing off is something I wasn’t comfortable with when I first started. The changes I have had in my personal fitness and overall wellness since discovery this studio are just amazing. This studio is welcoming to all shapes, sizes, and skillsets. As I grow more confident in my capabilities, they offer challenges to meet my needs. I found this studio while out for a walk in my neighborhood, I have always wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated. This studio has amazing teachers, staff, and owners. I was made to feel welcome from the first moment I walked in. The studio is inclusive of all regardless of skill level, background, and experience, and make their classes accessible to all. I love the way the instructors will suggest modifications to poses in order make them accessible to everyone in the class. The classes are challenging and fun. I love that they offer a beginners series that helps the students understand not just the mechanics of the main poses but the why and what muscles and body parts are used for each. The studio is very clean and welcoming. I have enjoyed all of the different types of classes but really enjoy the Morning Glow 6am class, the class often corresponds to the sunrise which is amazing and starts my day on a wonderful positive note.”

“Our 6 year old daughter had her tonsils taken out with Dr Alex Cheng. The entire staff was amazing and super friendly. They made us all feel at ease and our daughter was comfortable during her whole procedure. The nurses kept joking and making sure we were all at ease. The facility is very nice and up to date as well. Dr Cheng is a great surgeon and has awesome bedside manner. Our entire experience here was super.”

“Very good customer service. Very well stocked on supplies! Prices were reasonably priced but slightly higher compared to other chains and outlets selling same or similar items. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong walker for my injury and it was very disheartening when they wouldn't be a little more understanding of my need to just do an exchange for the correct item and pay them any difference I needed to. I hadn't even used it. I purchased several items from them and had every intention of doing business with them again and recommending other veterans but now not so much! It's so hard to find good business anymore... It's no wonder Amazon is running places like this out of business. No one wants to be understanding of people's needs anymore, its all about the almighty dollar! What's sad is they missed out on more money because not only was l going to exchange the item but I was going to purchase two knee scooters so I'd have one on both levels of my home. They're lost... Amazon's gain!”

“Honestly I love this office every time I take my children for a physical, or sick visit they are always so welcoming and the energy is always great.. sometimes the wait time can be a little long but overall it’s a great pediatrics and adolescent clinic!
