“Crossfit Prominent is a place that I look forward to being at every single day. I enjoy hanging out with the Prominent family after classes and by the way people hang around before/after class, I know others do too. I use to go to a regular gym and would want to get in and get out as fast as possible. I don’t have that mentality with Crossfit Prominent and I would spend all day there if I could. Since joining 6 months ago I have not only seen growth in my endurance and strength but my overall health as well has improved. I enjoy putting in the work before, during, and after class and they even provide extra comp training to help achieve my goals. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and personable. I can honestly say it is my favorite part of the day and I look forward to more PR’s, more a** kickings and more good times.
