“I called and spoke with appointments the clerk was very friendly, cheerful and sounded like she enjoyed helping people. I could not get the exact day I wanted and she worked with me to find something else that would work for my scheduled in a timely manner with my new doctor, I understand this time of year is extremely busy for all so it was great to get in when I did. When checking in for my appointment the front desk was nice and I checked in and waited about 7 mins to be called back. The nursing staff was kind, caring and seems to really be concerned with the reason I was there to have the doctor all up to date before she came in. The doctor is new and replaced my doctor that retired a few months back and she was amazing great bedside manner genuinely cared for my needs and listened to me. I know it’s the military and people come and go and military medicine is hit or miss but this expierence was a homerun for me! Thanks DHC!”
