“I am a new member and I love this little gym. It’s clean, and convenient to my route to work. The only staff member I have ever encountered, Steven was super friendly and welcoming. I go early in the morning and weights are always racked, trash cans empty and sanitizer wipes plentiful. They offer clean towels and members are fee to change the channel on the TVs (multiple TVs) .. decent music played and WiFi. Not a huge intimidating gym, no annoying contracts.”

The doc told me he would need to exercise more and adopt this into his lifestyle. In the 6 years Vinny has trained him my son has soared. Because of Vinny’s training and education my son has never needed medication. His triglycerides are in normal range and have been for 5 years. Not only does my son look forward to his trainings, he wants to be a trainer. Now he is training with Vinny in powerlifting, he has been in 2 competitions. In both competitions my son got 1st place and even broke some Virginia records.
