“We had such an amazing experience at PPD for my 10 month old son's first dental visit! Our dental assistant, Ms. Julie, was so kind and caring! She first took us on a tour and showed us each of the cleaning, exam, and sanitation stations, and showed us the "smile" wall. The cleaning was super quick because my son only has two teeth, and she was very gentle, patient, and kind. Dr. Holmes was also very helpful and engaging with my son. They answered all of my questions and helped me easily schedule his next cleaning. I would highly recommend this practice for a fun and safe place for pediatric dental care.”

“I had Tara as a masseuse. She was phenomenal!! I’m so relaxed after my 90 minutes massage it’s amazing. I have chronic back pain, I’ve had 5 spinal surgeries and constantly in pain. Tara discussed my situation before the massage & then got to work. I didn’t know that knots could be massaged out without intense pain! She got every knot out of my very tense shoulder & shoulder blade areas and it felt relaxing, not painful! I’ll definitely be going back!”

The gate pose I am showing off is something I wasn’t comfortable with when I first started. The changes I have had in my personal fitness and overall wellness since discovery this studio are just amazing. This studio is welcoming to all shapes, sizes, and skillsets. As I grow more confident in my capabilities, they offer challenges to meet my needs. I found this studio while out for a walk in my neighborhood, I have always wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated. This studio has amazing teachers, staff, and owners. I was made to feel welcome from the first moment I walked in. The studio is inclusive of all regardless of skill level, background, and experience, and make their classes accessible to all. I love the way the instructors will suggest modifications to poses in order make them accessible to everyone in the class. The classes are challenging and fun. I love that they offer a beginners series that helps the students understand not just the mechanics of the main poses but the why and what muscles and body parts are used for each. The studio is very clean and welcoming. I have enjoyed all of the different types of classes but really enjoy the Morning Glow 6am class, the class often corresponds to the sunrise which is amazing and starts my day on a wonderful positive note.”

They made us all feel at ease and our daughter was comfortable during her whole procedure. The nurses kept joking and making sure we were all at ease. “I recently moved my dad into Paramount. I’m so pleased with the facility, the staff and the accommodations. From my initial visit I could tell the staff really care about the residents. The staff mentioned to me several times they are taking their time to get to know him so they can best meet his needs. My dad is encouraged to engage in facility activities and he is actively participating in physical therapy. This is a huge improvement from the Sterling facility where he lived prior to Paramount. The housekeeping and laundry staff keep his room and clothes extremely clean. All of this is much appreciated!”
