The ladies at the front desk have good manners and respond your questions politely and very well. I do have one complaint they take too long and aren't organized when you apply to make your qualifications other then that I am satisfied. I really loved and enjoyed speaking with my son's pediatrician.I really love the fact that they provide free masks for you to grab because I always forget mine lol”

“Dr. Morris, Cathy, and her team are absolutely amazing! My son has a great deal of anxiety about the dentist. Cathy took her time today to ensure he was comfortable and knowledgeable about every step. Her patience is unlike anything we’ve experienced with medical professionals working with our children. “In light of the current circumstances with Covid-19, the clinicians are actually doing the best at their job. It's already challenging enough to engage in activities to help our youth, especially with the distancing in place. I understand the ratings already here, but instead of criticism it would be best to provide feedback to help these clinicians grow, given the ever limited resources in the community. Perhaps I will start by letting them to know communicate all accommodations with their clients over time, so the Covid measures and client preferences are taken better into account. We're all human, so blaming poor professionalism doesn't help the company to better service the community. All in all, I've had a great experience with this company. “Very good customer service. Very well stocked on supplies! Prices were reasonably priced but slightly higher compared to other chains and outlets selling same or similar items. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong walker for my injury and it was very disheartening when they wouldn't be a little more understanding of my need to just do an exchange for the correct item and pay them any difference I needed to. I hadn't even used it. I purchased several items from them and had every intention of doing business with them again and recommending other veterans but now not so much! It's so hard to find good business anymore... It's no wonder Amazon is running places like this out of business. No one wants to be understanding of people's needs anymore, its all about the almighty dollar! What's sad is they missed out on more money because not only was l going to exchange the item but I was going to purchase two knee scooters so I'd have one on both levels of my home. They're lost... Amazon's gain!”
