“Went for a birthday today. The kids had a great time. There is a sitting room for the adults so they could watch thru a floor to ceailing glass wall/door for quick access to kids. Parents were allowed and encouraged to participate. The staff was super friendly, however it would have been nice if they introduced themselves so the parents were aware who was with their child but that didn't bother me enough from enjoying our time there. We would come again!”
