“I absolutely love this little community! My building is peaceful, neighbors are cordial, working professionals like myself. Always great parking! My 1 bedroom is quiet and just enough space for my doggy & I, love my full-size washer & dryer! My home is pest-free (no roaches, mice etc). Only wish is that maintenance helped with light bulb replacements and such and also that the porter power washed the breezeways, as there is always huge spiders and frogs in the warmer months. Lol You really get an exceptional home for a truly affordable price! I pay rent online and rarely go in the office but Orissa is always very quick to assist, helpful and engaging even when she is by herself and multi-tasking.”
