“I genuinely dont know why this place has bad reviews. If residents had a problem all they would need to do is reach out to the leasing office. Some of the nicest, most genuine people trying to help you and get you sorted. Me and my roommate both call them one of the best landlords we've ever had. Location is perfect as its close enough for access to plenty, but you dont ever feel like theres a lot of people around you. Great place to live honestly only ever had a few issues but when we did, we reached out and they helped us. The people complaining are probably ones who didnt reach out when stuff started messing up, then decided to complain after it was too broken.”

“From start to finish, Jesse was amazing. Communicated with me each step of the process and answered any and all questions I had. Very straight up and helpful. Quickly helped me set up a test drive and a few days later I came back and got the car. He even accommodated my work schedule and let me come in before they regularly open to make sure I got my vehicle. There were some issues during the process on my end and Jesse was very patient and helped me throughout the entire thing. Also a very friendly and easy going guy. Did his absolute best to make sure I got the car with a good rate. Didn’t cut any corners or try to take advantage of me since it was my first time buying a car and even gave me tips for the future. Everyone else at JP motors were just as helpful and friendly. They all made me feel very welcome and eased my nerves. I ended up getting a great car at a great price. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and customer service that came along with it. The car was even being cleaned, gassed, and vacuumed before my purchase was even finalized. It was a great visit everyone was so nice and welcoming, I never felt pressured to get more than I wanted, as I have felt at other places.
