“Nothing but praise for the service done to our carpets, truly deserving of all 5 stars. I initially contacted another carpet company who were highly recommended locally, they offered one free room, but after measuring my carpet their quote was almost $1,000, what?!?!? I took the one free room and went in search of another company to finish the job. I called Piedmont Carpet Care and spoke to the owner of the family owned business, and told him I was desperate and needed someone to come out today. Even though it was late in the afternoon, he agreed to come that evening. He did an outstanding job on our carpets, and offered to do the same amount of carpet for a 1/3 of the price of the other company. No extra or hidden charges, stains were removed, carpets smell fresh and were beautifully cleaned. I am so impressed with the customer service, and I have found my forever carpet cleaners. He listens to your concerns and provide options for treatment.Their program for vaccinations is affordable and covers office visits. However, if your pets needs surgical treatments, I take them to Anicira because they're affordable. Our vet rights up a referral for the procedure and we're all set.”

This store has excellent prices on Benjamin Moore paints, unlike other stores that I have been to in the area that run “sales” when in fact the sale price is what Ben Moore lists as their retail price. Vienna Paint was upfront and honest, and answered a question I had regarding refinishing an antique icebox interior. Dave and Dimitri listened to the question, identified the ideal solution and gave me a solution along with a paint stick sample for me to take home - all without me asking for it. They predicted what I would need and gave it to me before I even had to ask. If I’m buying Benjamin Moore paints, I’m coming here from now on.”
