He's in his 40th yr of appliance repair, and had an old school "teach while you fix" approach, which I really appreciated. He made quick and effective work of replacing the bad igniter, and explained to me what had gone wrong. I couldn't ask for better service than I got today. Thank you Terry and everyone else from R.S.
