There are many types of classes, several kinds of yoga, fitness, martial arts, as well as personal training. I just adore this place and the trainers!!!

(February 29, 2016, 11:43 am)Wonderful experience ! The studio is beautiful and clean, with a welcoming feeling as soon as you enter. Susan is warm, funny, and genuine with a great teaching style. She takes time to make sure all students are doing things correctly and safely while continuing to give positive feedback. Class nourishes body and mind. I would highly recommend her and her beautiful studio to anyone looking for a true yoga experience!!!
