  Our anniversary stay at Glen Gordon Manor was absolutely lovely. The extra hot (and delicious) coffee delivered to our room in the early morning was an especially nice touch and made for a enjoyable hour outside on the back deck drinking in the sounds of nature and watching the day evolve. Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful and tasty! The staff was courteous and pleasant. Everything was clean, tidy and charming. Comfort at it's finest!

  If your looking for a quick getaway from DC this place was simply beautiful and the Chef was amazing. Glen Gordon Manor is less than an hour from Northern Virginia and near Rappahannock Cellars and Glen Manor Wineries! The food is definitely more for foodies and they have a set menu so if you are picky it might not be for you but they do make modifications if you don’t eat pork or something of that nature. The staff is very nice and service oriented as well. Definitely try it out if you are looking to get out of town for the night or weekend and you don’t want to go too far. Truly a beautiful Inn in Virginia Hunt Country!

  My husband and I were visiting my hometown and were looking for a place to celebrate a small honeymoon. Glen Gordon Manor proved to be the most perfect spot we could have found. The beauty of the grounds, the welcoming and passionate staff, and of course the exquisite food created by the owner gave us our dream getaway. We stayed at the Windsor Suite, and I absolutely recommend it. Great bath and showers, lovely bed.
  
  We also had dinner at the Houndstooth Restaurant, something I would absolutely encourage anyone staying to do. Each dish was prepared with obvious care, and had a paired glass of wine. Breakfast was also lovely, just the right amount after the feast we had the night before. We tried the couple's massage, another experience I would recommend. As we came from Japan and had been busy the entire trip, it was a real treat that eased us into vacation mode.
  
  We had such a perfect getaway at Glen Gordon Manor. I will definitely be sending my parents for their next anniversary. 5/5, excellent place. Warm, welcoming staff with a passion for their work. Gorgeous grounds, and a cat! Bonus. :)

  This is one romantic place. The staff is extremely friendly and also have high class standards. The service is excellent. The food is superb. The rooms were of not only luxurious but extremely comfortable. One of the greatest things is the lack of television, but there is music in every room. We had the dinner at the Manor and it was just divine. The land is well kept and very beautiful. I look forward to coming here again.
