  We moved from NYC to Richmond, VA. We used Chris for our property search in Richmond which due to distance and our quirky requirements took over a year.

  Chris Iguchi did a great job of making the process simple and easy. He was the only realtor that was willing to just show us properties we wanted to see or might be interested in without all the extra fuss of getting pre approval first or having to meet first and then deciding what was in our price range. He made sure things were done quickly and efficiently all the way till closing.

  There are no words or amount of gratitude to express how thankful we are to have met Chris on our journey to buy a home. As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing, what the process would be like, and honestly what would be realistic to achieve in a new home. Saying we were unprepared would be an understatement. Regardless, Chris took two young adults with no signs of promise on the path of homeownership.
  
  There are so many qualities that make Chris the perfect realtor. He was patient and enthusiastic through out all 23 viewings. He was reassuring when our offers kept getting beat.

  I listed my house with Chris Iguchi on the recommendation of a mutual friend. Approaching the whole sales process with dread, I found Chris to be very accommodating and understanding of how I wanted the house to be priced and sold as opposed to the large realty agencies. He was never rushed, explained the process thoroughly, alleviated many of my concerns, and was always available directly by phone or text. Within 10 days the house was listed, had several showings, an open house, and viable offers, one of which was selected. He was also hands on during the entire period leading to the closing. If you are looking for a personal, personable, no pressure, efficient, knowledgable realtor, I highly recommend you look to Chris.
