  I have been seeing Dr. Blevins and NP Samantha Robey and have always had such wonderful experiences. Both women are attentive, polite, and thorough. I have always felt listened to, respected, and cared for. I always recommend Primary Health Group-Chippenham to friends looking for a family practice.

  Just had my first new patient visit with Dr. Blevins. She was very approachable -- and really listened to my needs. She set up a clear set of next steps for us to take. And made sure to capture any remaining questions I had before leaving. Really appreciate the time and care provided -- thank you Dr Blevins!

  I have to say Dr. Blevins has been the best doctor I've had in a long time. She is patient, she really listens to my concerns, takes the time to answer my questions and she doesn't take short cuts in explaining her choice of treatment for my specific health needs. I also love the fact that she is very good with follow-up appointments. I really appreciate her sincere care and concern for my health.

  I needed to make an appointment on short notice. When I spoke to the representative, he was able to give me an appointment the next day which worked very well. I arrived a few minutes early but was called for my visit about 5 minutes after I got there. The Medical Assistant did a thorough job of documenting the issues I was having. The Physicians Assistant came in promptly afterward. She was very professional and had an excellent bedside manner. She checked through all of my symptoms, thoughtfully discussed each and suggested the proper course of action. When I left, I felt confident all my issues had been addressed. My entire experience was excellent, prompt, efficient, professional, excellent bedside manner- that is the model other health care providers should strive for.

  This was my first visit to Dr Blevins office. The front office staff were professional and very helpful. The office ran efficiently with each staff member offering a smile and a high level of service excellent skills. Dr. Blevins took the time to answer all of my questions/concerns and never appeared rushed. She was attentive and provided open communication regarding concerns. I have utilize the Pt. portal to view lab results and communicate with the office staff. The Pt. portal was very easy to navigate and offered quick reply to concerns.
