  One word. Amazingggg. I was looking at storage units over the weekend and reserved a unit on a Saturday evening. First thing Monday morning I received a pleasant call for further inquiry from Donna. Donna was absolutely fantastic. She made sure I picked a unit suitable for me and even when I was debating between two, she didn’t push me to get the more expensive one, rather, she explained to me why I should get the smaller one to save money and if I needed to go bigger made sure I knew there wouldn’t be a problem to upgrade if necessary. Donna made my whole experience quick, easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be sticking with the company and location

  The manager Donna was wonderful! She spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me understand the storage unit world. She even referred me to other locations that fit our need better. I would highly recommend doing business at this location with such a wonderful manager.

  I really want to tell everyone how great my tour/experience was with Ms. Donna. She really is a kind and nice person. Was really respectful and caring. Showed me the storages that I was inquiring about and helped me find the right one. I want to say thank you Ms Donna I appreciate the help.
  Last but not least I also want to let the company know how much of a great person she is!!!!

  Donna was simply amazing! Very outgoing and her smile simply made me smile. Very fast and excellent customer service! I will recommend to my friends and family!

  I received great customer service from the Service Representative Donna.
  She has a wonderful personality and was very attentive to my needs as well as questions regarding your rental promotions and online incentives. Also, She made sure my rental space was very clean and ready for the move-in. I would recommend family and friends to visit and check out
  iStorage Self Storage facility.

  Get all your gear here ... knowledgeable staff from gear to parts to new Moto purchases ...or grab a good used bike for a steal ...pluss they helped me get in touch with a pedal start moped mechanic local to the area ...thanks !!!

  I’m in the market for a new Moto Guzzi V7 III Special motorcycle and Chelsea and the entire staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
  The only downside to owning a new Moto Guzzi motorcycle is the expensive maintenance service..
  Otherwise I believe I would be a happy and loyal customer here!

  They are the absolute best! Bought my last two buddies there. their service, sales and attention to detail are impeccable. And they definitely know what you're doing. If you do have a problem they race to solve it

  I picked up a hard to find bike here. This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. The Moto Guzzi V85, the only one in Virginia. Staff worked hard to prep bike for pick up, did a good job of learning about a bike they have never had on hand to get me up to date on it's features. No hard up sales like other dealers. Would buy from again.
