  I love riding at Boho! For overall class experience it can’t be beat: I am too spoiled to ever take a spin class at the gym again.

  The entire BOHO Team as well as the workouts for Spin Studio and Fit Studio are motivating and strong!
  The FOH team will have you smiling and energized as you go into your workout, and then the instructors bring the heat and encouragement as you push yourself! These workouts are addictive!

  75 minute Endurance Ride this morning was my favorite spin class so far. Great music and perfectly paced pushes and breaks made the time fly by. Mel is a motivating and upbeat. “Turn your resistance up to a place that makes you proud.” How can you not push yourself when you hear that? Favorite instructor and favorite class ever!
