  I usually go to a different Metro location but the glass protector I needed was only available at this location. The area is not the best which is what made me a little concerned to even go in the first place but staff was wonderful and when I expressed my uncomfortability walking out, the man actually walked me to my vehicle and waited until I was able to get onto the main road. I definitely couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Metro

  I was pleasantly surprised when i came into this metro pcs, i've had a few instances with other locations where the customer service was horrible and they didn't seem to care about me, but Moe, the guy that usually runs the store is a down to earth guy that genuinely tried to help me with my issue and did. 10/10

  My experience at this store with this customer service representative is always a pleasure. And I would like to interject that I am a very indecisive person, and he only display patience and helping me get to the bottom of my needs.

  I came to this store specifically because of the reviews and I was not disappointed! Prob the best customer service I've ever had with any phone company. I went in to buy a phone and start a service plan and he was completely helpful and answered all my questions. The store was really nice and clean too which was another plus for me. I'm not from here or else I would definitely return.
