This was my first time using Scott's Funeral Home for my mother and they made a very difficult time so easy, Especially Mr. Harper. I will be using your services for me and my family. God bless all of you in helping me in the lost of my mom who lived to be 100. Erlyne Hamilton and family.

I am very sad about the loss of my college buddy. As normal, I submitted a text and it took me 30 minutes. Needless to say this was VERY frustating!
I am very good at this type if thing. When I phoned the home to register my complaint and constructive criticism, I spoke with Ms. Bertha who was very defensive and told me over and over that her experience when doing this was good and Noone ever said such. Well, most people do NOT take the time to register challenged especially at sad times!

Instead, of being defensive and insulted, please take the time to INVEST in goodand competitive
software. Your clients pay you good money and their friends and family deservethe the best. Your poor attitude is disappointing to say the least!

This was the most difficult time for us and Bertha accommodated my every request and went the extra mile. The facility was spotless and the grounds were in EXCELLENT condition which spoke volumes to me about how much pride they took in their services. I highly recommend Scott's.
