The wait for an appointment with Melissa Hale is worth it (the staff also work to fit you in with cancellations once you’re an established patient). I’ve been her patient now for a little over 2 years. I believe wholeheartedly that she is responsible for my progress. I have been a bit of a “rollercoaster patient”, but she has stuck with me and been a constant, stable, pragmatic and caring medical advisor. She is extremely knowledgeable and also eager to learn, which I think can be unique in healthcare professionals- especially as she is so busy. She is very good at what she does, I feel as though I’ve been able to thrive (again, finally) because of that fact.
Excellent service and great people. Misconceptions about medication management drag their number down and that upsets me. Great place, great doctors, and great humans.
Dr. Singh is truly a blessing! He doesn’t push medicine just to, “see if it works”! He is kind. The receptionist service is always good! I love absolutely love this office!
The receptionist wasn’t the friendliest but NP Melissa Hale was great. I am glad I found her! After reading about the billing issues, I am now a little concerned with that. I will just pay close attention to my EOB and bills. Mistakes do happen and I totally understand that.
