  I moved into Willow Oaks Apartments back in November of 2019 and I haven’t had any complaints. When I do have a question or a need, the staff in the front office are always welcoming and friendly and doesn’t treat me like I’m just another tenant in there building but they treat me with respect and like a friend. Absolutely love this place. My balcony is facing trees with I really like. This area is really quiet and the people I’ve met so far coming in and leaving out are really friendly. I absolutely love the space in the apartment and my daughter loves the space as well. I wish I had 4 hands, I would give Willow Oaks Apartments FOUR THUMBS UP?

  I am so impressed with the reaction time of the maintenance crew here at Willow Oaks Apartments. I submitted a service request late afternoon on 5/11/2020 and my request was completed within 24 hours. Absolutely incredible reaction time. I love the Apartments of Willow Oaks.

  I have lived here for close to two years and I love it. The staff is always available for assistance with issues, which there have not been more than a handful. The office staff always returns emails and phone calls promptly. If you want a pleasant and secure apartment home, Willow Oaks is the place you've been looking for. I highly recommend living here

  I left NYC and moved to Willow Oaks Apartments back in 2019, and I absolutely LOVE it here. The apartments are very big, affordable, located in a quiet area, and there are great shops & stores right along Forest Hills Ave, including access to a GRTC bus, not far from the entrance of Willow Oaks Apartments. If you commute to work by car in the city of Richmond, Willow Oaks is not far away at all!
  
  Samantha Beyerlein was great, too! I was originally supposed to move to Willow Oaks back in 2018. Then I had a death in the family and I ended up emailing with Samantha for a year before moving in. She was always very helpful to give me updates on apartment availability.
  
  Given I was relocating from another state 350 miles away, I took an apartment based on their good word and I had nothing to worry about. When I moved in, the apartment was clean, in great condition, and much more space than I was ready for. I also had rented a washer/dryer, which arrived a couple days later.
  
  I also have very nice neighbors, fresh air, and a nice patio with plenty of light & storage. Loving it here!

  Willow Oaks Apartments...A Forest Setting In The City.
  Willow Oaks at first glance takes you back in time. The brick is aged but clean.They have been maintained with care and that is evident by the beautiful landscaping that meanders through the complex. Trees older than one can imagine mix with bushes that bloom in colors of the seasons. Little streams run under wooden bridges built to take walks on alone or with your dog.The one bedroom apartment is perfect for a single dweller that likes to spread out or a cozy niche for two. The most amazing part of the floor plan to me was the size of the living room. It is huge and the sliding glass doors that show my panoramic view of what I call "fairyland" is perfection. If you are lucky you might catch a deer or two visiting or hear our local owl hooting goodnight. The doors open onto a patio which is large enough for my table, chairs and flowers. I also have bird feeders. Can you imagine an electric bill under $50 a month? Yes, at Willow Oaks that is the reality. Every month. I can attest to this because I have lived here for almost 5 years. The neighbors are great. They have activities at the clubhouse if you like to socialize like Cookouts, Movie Night and Book Club.We also have an amazing Pool and lifeguards.
  The office staff are always on top of any request you may have and your maintenance requests are taken care of right away. The most important part is everyone is always kind and has a smile for you whenever you see them. This team is ready to assist you because they care.
  Willow Oaks is Willow Wonderful!
