2000 Riverside Apartments

  I have lived at 2000 Riverside Apartments for six months now and I'm very happy with my choice. There is a good sense of community in this building that is supported by the staff (hats off to Colleen, Candace, Paul, Daryl and Tito) who are always friendly and helpful. I have experienced the occasional after hours noise issue, something common in any apartment I have lived in, but the building management here addressed the issue quickly and now I sleep soundly. Point is, there are always going to be some issue, so it's important to me to live somewhere that my concerns are heard and the rules are enforced in a professional manner. I love all the building amenities, especially the gym and free coffee (currently not available due to the virus, but understandable). I picked this place for the location along the river with the easy access to the trail system and it has been incredible! I'm happy to call this place my home.

  I usually don`t review places, but my experience with 2000 Riverside Apartments was so satisfactory that I wanted to express my gratitude.
  
  I lived at 2000 Riverside for about 11 months. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I had to leave. I would have stayed there if I could!
  The apartments are very nice and the maintenance is always quick to solve any problem. They remodeled the common areas and everything looks great.
  
  Candace and Colleen are simply amazing! They have helped me with every single thing I needed. They always went the extra mile to assist me and I`m so grateful. I truly value how efficient and friendly they are.
  I would recommend this place to anyone!

  I have been a resident of 2000 Riverside Drive for almost a year. It’s a delightful place to live..... newly renovated, unmatched views of the river and city skyline, excellent location close to James River Park and downtown. The staff are major contributors to the quality of here. Coleen and Candace do an outstanding job of managing the property. Daryl, Paul and Tito insure any maintenance issues are promptly resolved.

  I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have loved it! I’ve never had any issues, and any minor problems have always been immediately resolved by either the super nice office staff or maintenance. Maintenance is always very courteous and quick to fix any maintenance request, it’s always either done that day or the next day.
  Colleen has always been exceptionally nice and she definitely knows what she’s doing. Ever since she showed me around while apartment scouting, (before even signing a lease) Colleen has provided exceptional service, whether it is just saying hi or taking care of office matters.
  When Candace came to Riverside, it made living there 10X better. Her and Colleen have a great partnership and together seem like a super team! Candace is very accommodating and will do whatever she can to get things done and I always see her there late into the evening. She seems to relate to the residents which makes a big difference. Candace is very reliable and knowledgeable when it comes to apartment matters.
  The desk staff has changed quite a bit, I miss T as I think he was the best desk person Riverside has had but Kim has done great at picking up the task. I’m always greeted with friendly smiles and that means a lot after a long 12 hour shift.
  10/10 would recommend Riverside to anyone, it has the right price, location, and even in my short 3 years there, it has changed so much - for the better. I’ve looked at other Weinstein properties when debating on renewing my lease and Riverside is by far the best!
